Summary: HtmlPage.getFormById

Initial Comment:
In XHTML it is not allowed to have a name attribute for
forms. So I added the method getFormById with which it
is possible to retrieve a form by its id.

By that logic we would need to add getAnchorById and
getFrameById as well but I think the purpose of
getHtmlElementById was to avoid these methods and more. IMO
HtmlPage's interface is already too big as most of it could
be replaced with simple XPath expressions.

For me it is more consistent, because I can work in the same
way I do with getFormByName, without casting. It is simply
more convenient, because form retrieving is one of the tasks
I do often.

What is the advantage in comparison to
(HtmlForm) getHtmlElementById("myFormId")
